Here are a list of requirements our Men's Ministry Leaders must uphold.

1. Strong Christian Faith

   - Committed follower of Jesus Christ with a mature, personal relationship with God.

   - Able to articulate and model Christian values and principles.

 

2. Regular Church Attendance

   - Consistent participation in church services and men's ministry events.

 

3. Commitment to Ministry Vision

   - Aligned with the vision and mission of the men's ministry.

   - Willing to support and promote the ministry's goals and objectives.

 

4. Personal Integrity

   - Demonstrates a lifestyle of integrity, honesty, and transparency.

   - Lives according to biblical moral standards.

 

5. Good Communication Skills

   - Ability to listen actively and speak clearly when sharing testimonies, teaching, or leading discussions.

   - Open to giving and receiving feedback in a respectful manner.

 

6. Leadership and Teamwork

   - Willing to serve as a leader, mentor, or support within the ministry, depending on roles needed.

   - Able to work collaboratively with other volunteers and ministry leaders.

 

7. Spiritual and Emotional Maturity

   - Displays emotional stability and self-awareness.

   - Able to support others without judgment, and offer encouragement and guidance based on biblical truth.

 

8. Prayer Life

   - Regularly engages in personal prayer and intercession for others.

   - Willing to participate in prayer meetings and pray for men's ministry activities.

 

9. Availability

   - Commitment to attend and actively participate in regular meetings, events, and outreach activities.

   - Willing to invest time outside formal events, such as mentoring or discipleship.

 

10. Willingness to Serve

   - Ready to serve in various capacities such as mentoring, event planning, teaching, or leading small groups.

   - Open to helping with logistics, set-up, or administrative tasks as needed.

 

11. Teachable Spirit

   - Willingness to grow spiritually, learn new skills, and receive guidance from ministry leadership.

 

12. Confidentiality

   - Ability to maintain confidentiality when sensitive issues are shared during ministry activities or counseling sessions.

 

13. Positive Role Model

   - Provides a godly example in their personal, family, and work life.

   - Inspires and encourages other men in their spiritual growth and walk with Christ.

 

14. Respect for Authority

   - Submits to church and ministry leadership, following policies and procedures with a cooperative attitude.

 

15. Background Check

   - Willingness to undergo a background check for leadership or mentoring roles to ensure the safety and well-being of others.

 

These requirements ensure that volunteers are spiritually grounded, prepared to serve, and committed to fostering growth in the lives of men within the church and the community.
